Additionally, all parties listed previously are hereby exempt from liability for any theft or damage to private property, accidents involving, but not limited to, those attending, working, or volunteering at the festival, attendees, or staff and volunteer injuries before, during, or after the festival, or illness or medical emergency associated with attending this festival. By attending, working, or volunteering during Drift Jam - Flotilla Music Festival your agreement to these terms is implied, with no exception.
